We’re Donna and Jim Faucett, a husband-wife team devoted to helping couples build relationships that last a lifetime. Our own journey began with the Prepare-Enrich assessment, which revealed the strengths that would carry us through the years together.
We combine our skills and faith to guide couples through the joys and challenges of marriage. We believe that with the right tools, intentional growth, and God’s guidance, every couple can create a foundation of love and resilience.

Meet Donna
As a Certified Professional Life Coach, Donna is dedicated to helping others achieve stronger, healthier relationships. Drawing on her own life experience and training, she offers insights that empower couples to build meaningful connections rooted in effective communication, conflict resolution, and shared goals. Donna works with tools like Prepare-Enrich, SYMBIS, Gottman, and TWOgether in Texas to provide couples with a framework for growth and understanding. She also leads a mentoring group of women in her church, nurturing faith and personal development.
Donna and Jim team up to coach couples, blending her skills in life and relationship coaching with his pastoral and counseling expertise. Together, they’re committed to helping couples create lasting, faith-centered marriages, grounded in God’s guidance and strengthened by intentional growth.

Meet Jim
Jim’s life journey and calling have been shaped by his desire to build enduring, faith-filled relationships and ministries. An ordained Christian pastor, Jim is currently studying for his Master’s degree in Biblical Counseling from Liberty University, with plans to complete it within the next year. This degree supports his role on the board of a seminary and his work as founder of Shadow Servants, a ministry that began in 2016 to equip pastors in Kenya to preach the Gospel in local languages. Since then, Shadow Servants has grown exponentially, establishing a training center in Meru, Kenya, and expanding to over 50 churches across five countries. Jim’s vision is to raise up leaders who will carry on this mission long after he’s gone, fostering a sustainable ministry that reaches far and wide.
Guided by his faith and commitment to helping others grow, Jim is passionate about using tools like the Prepare-Enrich assessment to help couples build strong, lasting relationships.
